There’s a great power in words if you don’t hitch too many of them together.

Congratulations, you wrote the copy. Chances are you’re now worried that it’s not ready for your audience. Indeed, your draft could always use fresh eyes.
My editing service flags what needs fixing and makes suggestions for the first draft and subsequent revisions, including some research and fact checking if needed. As your editor, I look at one or all of the following:
- Structure: how the ideas are organized
- Clarity: how clear and concise your message is for your audience
- Implicit Bias: how your tone and language come across
- Accuracy: how you’ve researched and verified key information
My Saada STYLO editing rates depend on the type of editing requested, the scope of your project, its complexity, the timeline and your requirements. Here’s my general guide; applicable HST not included.
Hourly Rate – structural, stylistic and/or basic copyediting of projects such as press releases, articles, brochures and web copy. A one-hour minimum fee applies. Package deals are available.
Flat Rate – labour-intensive projects requiring several weeks of team work such as manuscripts, reports, copy for entire websites and academic essays.
